Dear Cameron,
Having received your blog address from your father-in-law I have read quite a lot of your articles. I’m glad to say that our cousin Marlize married a very wise young man! Congratulations with the birth of you and Marlize’s baby girl Malone. We have sent our blessings with your f-i-l at the time of her birth though.
My question to you is quite a simple one: how do you manage to fit all your writing in with your busy schedule? And also: when will you people be visiting us here in South Africa? Good to know that you and Marlize are doing great there in the USA! Regards!

Hi, I am an aspiring pilot am trying to work out wether I should join the Royal Australian Air Force or take part in the Qantas Cadetship (ie; Military or Civilian paths?) What do you recomend, and how would you recomend I make the decision?

Also if I joined up I would look to fly the C-17 or the KC30B, can you tell me more about the lifestyle that comes with these aircraft?

Hello Cameron,

ever since I found your blog I’ve read almost everything you blog (except the real estate stuff). I truly enjoy your insight and your sharing it ! Most interseting : how to keep your married life, well, alive.
About me : I am the wife of an Italian AF Colonel, lived in Germany, Italy, the US and back to Germany … and late in my life I have come to appreciate classic “Core Values” although I am a civil engineer myself and was a bit sceptic of “military values” per se. I am German after all with Prussian ancestors.
Well, better late than never …
