Friday Video: F-16 Dead Stick Landing
Happy Friday everyone! Here’s an amazing video for you of an F-16 who has lost an engine and has to glide his jet in for an emergency landing. The calmness and professionalism displayed by all involved (pilot, formation lead, air traffic control) is quite remarkable considering the seriousness of the situation. Just goes to show that the training actually works.

Amazing video! I used to be in the Air Force. I lost an ROTC buddy in an F-16 accident in Korea. The people I knew in the AF were some of the best that I ever worked with. Many of them risk their lives on a daily basis. My hat goes off to everyone wearing a uniform for the good ole USA!
That was awesome. Thanks for the service of all of you in the Armed Forces.
