		<description>Ben, glad you enjoyed the second post more.  I can definitely see how my &quot;conflict is good&quot; theory could come across quite differently depending on one&#039;s background.  My basic point was that conflict is good  if and when it leads to resolution.  If there is never any resolution than conflict leads to nothing more than brokenness.  Thanks for sharing!</description>

		<description>When me and my girlfriend fight, we try to do for each other what we predetermined would work.  For me, she lets me have my space for a few minutes and for her, I hold her tight.  Before setting up this system, we both tried to talk the other out of it, falling into many of the traps you mentioned above!
